E-learning (or electronic learning) is a term that encompasses all types of learning that is enhanced by technological means. IBF methods are specific to Web-based and/or Web-Enhanced Learning. 

Since 2004, IBF has ridden the e-Wave in education. Working the leading edge of e-Training and e-Education with notable industry leaders. Our intent is for this department to be a driving force and voice of e-Learning and e-Education standards for the region.
